Jigging
Our Jigging team hang the material on our flight bars ready for painting. With many years experience, the jiggers ensure that each item is hung to provide perfect coverage and to ensure safe passage through our tunnel ovens without any damage or distortion.Where a standard jig cannot be used or proves inefficient, we design and fabricate (or subcontract) our own bespoke jigs to suit. Efficiency improvements are passed on to our customers by way of cost savings.
Where a jig will prove inefficient or will not give sufficient paint coverage, our Jigging team will work creatively using the flight bars and a combination of cross-bars, wire, and clips, in order to achieve the desired result.
