Inspection
The quality of our powder coating and the need to generate a consistently reproducible finish which meets the exacting standards required in the architectural sector is of critical importance to us.To this end, the Management Team is actively involved in maintaining our quality system, and we employ a full-time QC Technician to carry out inspection and testing of every flight bar of material coated, to maintain satisfactory composition of our Pretreatment tanks, to oversee destructive and non-destructive sample panel testing, and to carry out batch testing of raw materials.
