Goods Inward receives and locates all incoming material ready for processing by Pretreatment. Our Goods Inward Operative has over a decade of experience and provides the first in a series of checks throughout our process, ensuring that the product we receive is to specification, is supplied in the correct quantity, and is without damage. Goods Inward works closely with our Customer Service team to ensure that all discrepancies are reported to customers within 1 day of receipt (and in over 99% of cases, on the day of receipt).Upon receipt by the Customer Service team, each order is immediately allocated an ERP record against which it can be identified throughout each point of the production process. This gives total traceability in accordance with our BS EN ISO 9001:2008 accreditation.
